Where is the meeting point, and how will I recognize my tour guide?
Your guide will be waiting for you at the square below Revelin Fortress, in front of today’s "Culture Club Revelin," holding a sign that says "Pasatempo Walking Tours."
What happens if I arrive late? Can I still join the tour?
We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before the tour starts. If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible, we’ll do our best to help, but after the tour starts, it may be difficult to catch up.
In which language is the tour conducted?
The tour is conducted in English. Currently, we only offer tours in English.
Does the tour include entrance to museums, city walls, and other attractions?
No, the tour does not include entrance to museums, city walls, or other paid attractions. You will see some of these sites from the outside, and we will provide tips on how to visit them on your own and save money on entrance fees.
Should I bring water, a hat, or something else?
Yes! We highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes, bringing a bottle of water, and wearing a hat or sunscreen, especially during the summer months.
How big are the groups?
We keep our groups small (maximum 10 people) to create a more personal, interactive, and supportive environment.
Is the tour suitable for people with disabilities, is it wheelchair accessible?
Due to the many stairs and narrow streets in Dubrovnik’s Old Town, this tour may not be suitable for individuals with mobility challenges. If you have mobility concerns, please let us know in advance.
What happens if it rains? Is the tour canceled?
If rain is expected, we suggest bringing an umbrella or raincoat. In case of severe weather, we will notify you about rescheduling or cancellations.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your tour. If rescheduling is not an option, we offer a full refund for cancellations made in advance.
