Where is the meeting point, and how will I recognize my tour guide?
Your guide will be waiting for you at the square below Revelin Fortress, in front of today’s "Culture Club Revelin," holding a sign that says "Pasatempo Walking Tours."
What happens if I arrive late? Can I still join the tour?
We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before the tour starts. If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to help, but after the tour starts, it may be difficult to catch up.
Should I bring water, a hat, or something else?
Yes! We highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes, bringing a bottle of water, and wearing a hat or sunscreen, especially during the summer months.
How physically demanding is the tour? Is it suitable for seniors and children?
Our walking tour covers some uneven surfaces and stairs, but it is generally manageable for most people. Please note that some topics discussed during the tour may not be suitable for children of certain ages.
Is the tour suitable for people with disabilities, is it wheelchair accessible?
Due to the many stairs and narrow streets in Dubrovnik’s Old Town, this tour may not be suitable for individuals with mobility challenges. If you have mobility concerns, please let us know in advance.
What happens if it rains? Is the tour canceled?
If rain is expected, we suggest bringing an umbrella or raincoat. In case of severe weather, we will notify you about rescheduling or cancellations.
Is photography allowed during the tour?
Absolutely! We encourage you to take photos. If you’d like help with a great shot, just ask your guide.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your tour. If rescheduling is not an option, we offer a full refund for cancellations made in advance.
